WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• You will receive an Open Edition Print of this original artwork in the sizes and materials listed below 

SIZES

The standard/default size of this artwork is 14"x17" for portrait (vertical) orientation, and 17"x14" for landscape (horizontal) orientation.  Open Edition Prints will be made available in the orientation of the original artwork. 

• Please contact me if you desire to purchase the Open Edition Print in a different size or orientation 

As an option (and for an additional cost), an Open Edition Print of the original drawing - in various sizes - can be ordered in a glossy or matte finish:

Portrait (vertical) Orientation

• 12"x18"
• 14"x17" (original drawing or print copy)

• 18"x24"
• 24"x36"
• 36"x48"

Landscape (horizontal) Orientation

• 18"x12"
• 17"x14" (original drawing or print copy)

MATERIALS

When you order your Open Edition Print, you must select from three (3) paper finishes.  Finishes include: 

1. Standard Heavyweight Matte: 
   • 6.8 mil thick
   • Satin Finish
   • Great for glare-free display under bright lights
2. Photo Semi-Gloss:
   • 9.1 mil thick
   • Satin Finish (reduces glare)
   • Shows less glare than photo gloss
3. Photo Gloss:
   • 9.1 mil thick
   • High Shine Finish (enhances colors)
   • Ideal for vivid graphics 
   • Provides a wider range of colors than other finishes

HOW TO ORDER

1) Select your desired "SIZE" and "MATERIAL" (paper finish) using the drop-down boxes that are located directly under the listing.

2) Click the "Add To Cart" button to purchase your Open Edition Print of the artwork.  Once in the cart, you may click "Add A Note" to provide any additional information or questions.

3) Click "Checkout" to complete the secure check-out process and submit your payment in full.  NOTE:  There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

4) When checkout is completed and payment is recieved, I'll ship it out to you!  The Open Edition Print of the original artwork will be delivered unframed in a secure package.  Expedited shipping is available.

TIMELINE

Once you place your order and payment is received, I'll ship the Open Edition Print within 3-4 business days.  (Note: Copies enlarged to 36"x48"/ 48"x36" may take 7-14 business days to ship.)

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are NOT accepted.  Please contact me if there are issues or problems with your order.

Your Open Edition Print will be shipped WITHOUT a frame.  To protect the artwork during shipping, all prints are ROLLED (unframed/not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages. The tracking number will be provided.

Standard shipping typically delivers without tracking in 5-7 business days.  Please allow 1~2 additonal days if you don't receive the package after it is marked "Delivered".  If you want to track the package on the USPS site, please upgrade your shipping method.   Only Priority and Express Mail have insurance up to $100 included.

SHIPPING UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT

-> Priority Mail: 1-4 days/ up to $100 insurance included/ Tracking available USPS site

Digital Files (PDFs) of the Custom Portraits and Open Edition Prints (artwork) are NOT available at this time. However, they will be made available in the coming weeks.
