TIMELINE

Once you successfully place your order, I'll send you a preview in around 3-5 calendar days.  (This timeframe depends upon the scope of the project).  Only minor adjustments may be made.  When the custom artwork is completed, I'll ship it within 3-5 business days.

Please Note: The timeframe to complete custom artwork depends almost entirely upon the scope of the project.  Most custom projects are typically completed within 7-14 calendar days.  (This timeframe does NOT include shipping time!)

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are NOT accepted.  Please contact me if there are issues or problems with your order.

Your custom artwork will be shipped WITHOUT a frame.  To protect the artwork during shipping, all artwork is ROLLED (unframed/not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages. The tracking number will be provided.

Standard shipping typically delivers without tracking in 5-7 business days.  Please allow 1~2 additonal days if you don't receive the package after it is marked "Delivered".  If you want to track the package on the USPS site, please upgrade your shipping method.   Only Priority and Express Mail have insurance up to $100 included.

SHIPPING UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT

-> Ground Advantage (FIRST CLASS PACKAGE): 2-6 days/ Tracking available USPS site
-> Priority Mail: 1-4 days/ up to $100 insurance included/ Tracking available USPS site

Digital Files (PDFs) of the Custom Portraits and Open Edition Prints (artwork) are NOT available at this time. However, they will be made available in the coming weeks.
